New here from Utah, my husband, daughter, and I are ecstatic to back on the East Coast! After years of skiing, boarding, and mountain climbing it's nice to meet the ocean again… not to mention the local accent.

My day job is in the sciences and Rick is heading back to school for his nursing degree. He also has an acting portfolio so watch for him on TV when you're not at Body Empower! Our daughter, Allie, is almost 1 and we can't wait to introduce her to… well, everything!

Teaching for 6 years and certified under Les Mills BODYFLOW® and BODYPUMP™ for 4 years now, I just LOVE teaching at Body Empower! Nothing is more invigorating than the whole body workout design packed with motivating music... Add your best friends to the mix and there's no turning back!!!

I am hooked on Les Mills's programs and I strive to share that with my new friends at Body Empower. I can't wait to get to know each and everyone!
